TVD On Your Radio

Goooood morning Washington--we've got a beautiful day shaping up out there although a bit chilly for this time of the year. We've got temps in the mid 30's right now, winds are blowing out of the north, north east at 14 miles per hour--barometric pressure's in the low 30's. We'll hit a high of 49 degrees today and drop into the low 30's overnight. Tomorrow--mostly cloudy in the 50's.

It's 8:11--you're at TVD Radio:

Flying Lizards - Money (That's What I Want) (Mp3)

Exploding Hearts - Shattered (Mp3)
Julian Cope - Sunspots (Mp3)
The Ronettes - I Wish I Never Saw The Sunshine (Mp3)
Glasvegas - Daddy's Gone (Mp3)

To capture the reality of the modern radio morning show, you'd also need the following:

Host: "Hey, did you hear about (insert name of celebrity here)? She (insert details here)!"

Sidekick: "She's got a really nice rack."

(Host and sidekick begin to giggle. Giggling continues as host manages to choke out the call letters. Follow with five minutes of commercials.)

Correct you are, jb. Yet, that's what TVD On The Radio seeks to avoid.

Where's my Sirius/XM show?!
