That last track there has been referred to as 'Jelly's Last Jam'--a track recorded for the Harry Nilsson tribute LP "For the Love of Harry: Everybody Sings Nilsson" which proved to be the last recording Jellyfish created as the aforementioned unit. Stick around past the 11 minute mark or so...there's a surprise there that even I didn't know about 'til yesterday...
By the way, the teary cover girl from the 'Spilt Milk' cover grew up to be rather lovely indeed, yes?
