We've been promoting this show all this week and it seems only fitting that we give you guys a chance to see it, right? TVD's got a pair of tickets for Tuesday night's Black Cat, back stage 3-fer and a copy of We Were Pirates’ debut release “Cutting Ties” for one lucky commenter who stands heads and shoulders above the rest.

If you aren't at the Black Cat Tuesday night, you are going to miss a tremendous show. All three bands are enormously talented and each brings a unique sound to the show. I look forward to seeing Mittenfields new (old/mixed) lineup rock the old stomach of the Black Cat! They are the best band with a Sam and Dave since well, Sam and Dave.
Oh yeah and if you want to make it your own little festival, Birds of Avalon with The Torches (former Cassettes), and Dangerósa at Red and Black Monday!

Well I have both of those shows on my calendar next week (Dangerosa Monday and Mittenfields Tuesday)for some post father's day fun. Looks like I am already one of the cool kids.
What band is Dave NOT in? I hear he has some new band with like 100 people in it.....geez!
We Were Pirates!!!!! We Were Pirates!!! Man I wanna be there! I'm so "nervous".... will i be able to go? My two friends and I, "The three of us", would love to be front row and center... After the show i'd be able to "settle down" from all my excitement with the had been pirates...
