This week we catch up with TVD's very first 'First Date', Los Angeles singer/songwriter/siren Leerone, who clues us into what's spinning on her turntable these days:Strange Brew
Some things are hard to define. You know that moment, when something you see or hear for example, stops you in your tracks and you’re just taken? Transfixed? And you can’t really explain why but you know that you’ve been touched by something outside of yourself? I love those moments. The following songs had that very affect on me. Well, that’s not entirely true. Some of the tracks merely tickled my musical taste buds. Regardless, they all have a special place in my sonic library and have been among my recent listens.

Its cool to listen to your own music. I find myself doing it sometimes, though I feel like a bit of a tool doing it.
I know what you mean about 'Clowns' Leerone. The Guardian newspaper here in the UK recently gave away this live version recorded at London's Union Chapel. I thusthpect you might like it.
PS: I have never swapped music with an actual popstar before. This may prove too exciting for me and I may have to retire early ce soir. Well, just as soon as I've finished this red wine anyway.
