Nice of Ringo to pop in given your theme this week....

I know! But it really speaks to the Nano's storage limit. Greater ipod storage = more random diversity.

(Hmm...but then this feature becomes null and void, huh?)

Null and void? No. Greater diversity just means that we can live in a universe where Sonny Boy Williamson (No. 2) can be found next to Bertie Higgins!

Let's see if something that absurd happens here in the Midwest as Friday enters its final ninety minutes:

1. "Juicehead by Liz Mandville Greeson from "Back In Love Again," 2003. (Modern gutsy throwback blues.)

2. "We Are Family" by Sister Sledge from "We Are Family," 1979. (When I hear this, I see Willie Stargell and the 1979 World Series champs! Great record!)

3. "Place To Be" by Nick Drake from "Pink Moon," 1972.

4. "Angry Eyes" by Loggins & Messina, Columbia single 10188, 1972.

5. "Mary Jane" by Peter Sarstedt from "Peter Starstedt," 1969.

Well, null and void in the sense that if I had greater ipod storage and thus greater diversity I wouldn't be: bored.
